Building
Needed programs:
- bc
- dc
- lualatex
- latexmk
- make
- od
- pdflatex
- pdfinfo
- pdftk
- timidity
- opusenc
Run
make
and find the pdfs, midis and opus files in the build directory.
A big thanks to the author of makebook! They took away a lot of work for correct imposition.
